Dr. Milad Saad BBldg(Hons) MdesComp PhD
Dr Milad Saad has over 22 years of professional experience in the architecture, engineering and building industries. He teaches, researches and consults in computer-aided design, project and facilities management, information technology, and database design and management. He taught and researched at the faculty of Architecture at the University of Sydney in the area of design computing including computer graphics, knowledge-based systems, and distributed and integrated CAD systems. He has also published and presented papers in a number of national and international publications and conferences.

Lorenzo Louis MPM
Project Manager
Lorenzo has more than 10 years PM experience. He is in charge of leading the team responsible for the delivery of small and major complex projects. His wealth of knowledge in software development and in the ARCHIBUS products is reflected in the successful implementation of projects on cost, on time and within budget. Lorenzo's technical experience (ARCHIBUS customisation, programming using Java, C#, VB.NET, ColdFusion, PHP, Javascript, XML and HTML) is applied for the total quality control of project delivery. His database management and design experience also extends to Microsoft SQLServer, Sybase and Oracle.
Lorenzo uses an integrated and innovative PM approach based on advanced PM knowledge areas and the international standard (PMBOK) to secure client satisfaction. This is achieved by involving the stakeholders, senior managers, end users and application developers in the process of project delivery.
Dany Elmassih B Eng (Computers)
Senior Application Developer
Dany holds a solid background in Computer Engineering with 8 years' experience in computer design and programming, project software application, customisation and development. Dany leads the software development team and provide dynamic technology solutions throughout the life cycle of the project. He manages the prioritisation of tasks and allocates activities to the appropriate PMO members. Dany is in charge of the day to day issues, assuring client's satisfactions and servicing.
He provides service solutions to clients at most levels including DBAs, users and senior project managers.
Apart from his experience in Java, JSP, C/C++, C#,.NET, VB, HTML, XML, CSS and ColdFusion, Dany works with several back-end databases which include Microsoft SQL Server, postgreSQL, Oracle, and Sybase.
Schean Lee  MSc Eng 
Schean is an veteran of software development with significant experience in Internet programming by using Java, Jsp, Javascript, Html/XML.
He also has experience of working with several databases, including MS SQL Server ,Oracle, Sybase. Schean is involved in several projects based on software application, customisation and development.
Rita Saad BBA
Financial Director
Rita has a background of business administration and financial accounting spanning over 15 years. She has been involved in project and account management of various implementation and documentation accounting packages. In addition to Rita's responsibilities in financial and account management for most ICAD projects, she is responsible for resource management of casual and temporary staff when needed.

Dr Michel Chaaya, FIEAust, CPEng
Dr Chaaya is globally known for his expertise in business development, project management, ICT, innovative construction management, global business solutions and trading, CAD, Design management, Total Infrastructure Facility management (TIFM) and Enterprise Information management (EIM). Dr Chaaya has a wealth of work experience in Sydney, the Middle East and in Africa. Dr Chaaya is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the faculty of engineering and information technologies at The University of Sydney. He has published in many International Journals including the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management and the Journal of Management in Engineering, ASCE.  Dr Chaaya is a Fellow of the Institution of engineers Australia and speaks 3 languages: English, French and Arabic.
